What you can do in 365 days

Blog Feature Image

Have you ever thought,  “Only reading for 5 minutes is not worth it, it’s such a little amount of time. I’ll wait until Friday and read for half an hour”. Friday arrives and something else 'comes up'. Life gets in the way!

The power of doing small things daily is severely underestimated. Long-lasting change has less to do with doing a lot of things in one day and much more to do with doing little things every single day.

Here's what you can do OVER 365 days.

  • Read 30 books =Read 20 pages per day.
  • Pick up any new skill= Practice a new skill for 10 minutes daily = roughly 56 hours of practice.
  • Save $3,650=  Save $10 per day.
  • Run 365 miles. Run 1 mile per day.

Get 37 times better than where you are today. Become 1% better each day!

While the left side of the list feels overwhelming, the right side isn't so scary, right?

The point being —start small. And then do it daily.

Even if it's writing down one paragraph a day, running one mile a day—you would still be making progress! Start and stay consistent. Watch the magic happen.

"Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. The same way that money multiplies through compound interest, the effects of your habits multiply as you repeat them. " - James Clear.
