Think about this for a minute - what really matters in the end?
When all this is over, will you be satisfied with how you spent your days? Be honest with yourself. Are you happy with how you currently spend your time? If your answer is a no, it's not too late to do something about it! You need to re-visit how you're spending your time.
Here's something we'd urge you to do today— take a step back and reflect. Make a list of activities you feel are worth YOUR time. Keep in mind, we all value different things— so it's an individual process. The list should contain things that would make you say, "Ah, that's how I spent my days," and be happy about it!
As you come up with your list, here are some activities we think are worthwhile (feel free to add them to your list):
Instead of trying to 'accomplish the most things in life and getting stuck in the toxic rat race, make sure you spend your time well. Be proud of how you're spending your days. Live each day of your life doing what MATTERS TO YOU, what brings YOU fulfillment. In this way, you're more likely to live a life without regrets!
